- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (over the phone & with e-mail)
- Great customer service
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Available to work 5 days a week
PREFERRED:
- Previous Administrative experience
- Quickbooks experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
