We are seeking a full time employee experienced in office procedures and computer input.
Proficient in office procedures, in data entry, in management, and in student reports.
In addition there is some phone and student interface.
Duties:
Strong, fast computer skills required.
Input and manage student and teacher database.
Answer phones with a mature, articulate voice
Pleasant and efficient communication skills
Respond to email inquiries
Microsoft Suite, Power Point, Indesign, Excel, QuickBooks, Others?
Monitor website
Basic internet search skills
