You will report directly to the Head of Operations and work hand in hand with dispatch. We operate in the 5 Western States and have been in operation since 2010 and have a logistics and warehousing arm. Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining records, both paper and electronic, for Drivers, Vehicle Maintenance, Logbooks and other important documents
Schedule vehicle maintenance and implement ideas for smooth processes
Participating in creating a safety-first culture and team growth
Qualifications:
Professional etiquette and common-sense approach with safety as a priority
Prior experience in Transportation/Trucking industry (Dispatch, HR, Safety, Operations)
Proficient with technology (Microsoft office etc.)
