Experienced Trailer Part Specialists

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Part Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll help customers find the right parts and accessories for their repair and service needs while supporting overall shop operations. You’ll play a key part in maintaining inventory, managing special orders, and ensuring every customer receives expert, friendly service.
What You’ll Do
Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts identification and selection.
Forecast and order parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Monitor and organize stock to ensure accuracy and availability.
Receive and label incoming parts correctly.
Price parts to maintain profitability.
Coordinate special orders and vendor communications.
Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure repair jobs have the needed parts on time.
Support merchandising, product displays, and promotional efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in trailer or automotive parts and accessories retail sales.
Strong knowledge of trailer and auto parts, including their uses and compatibility.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory systems.
Basic computer skills (POS and inventory software).
Bilingual abilities are a plus!
