Robert Half Technology is seeking ERP Integration Manager candidates on behalf of a local organization with a new job opening. We're looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to ramp-up quickly and be productive by understanding the existing ERP implementation and current business process around installed applications/modules. The biggest part of this ERP Integration Manager job is managing ERP implementation and improvements throughout the organization. Leading and analyzing key process improvements and working with partners in respective business units to identify and roll out such improvements within the scope of the ERP systems is also important. What you get to do every single day
- Guide with various organization employees to wholly train on processes and procedures of ERP
- Schedule and guide the execution of implementation projects, including day-to-day issues, project management, and risk management
- Repeatedly status reporting to senior leadership
- Team up with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems
- Join forces with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system
- Comport oneself as the point of escalation for any issues related to the resolving and researching day-to-day issues related to the system or processes, requests across the enterprise, and ERP systems
- Charged with the refinement and update of ERP technical instructions and user documentation
- Liable for implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization
- Affiliate with primary employees to specify and carry through functionality that provides operational improvements
Requirements
- Versatile project planning abilities that include project costing techniques
- We want someone with strong understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, EPR Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP
- 5+ years of ERP implementation experience
- One main requirement for this job is to thoroughly document requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes
- Command of manufacturing
- Strong familiarity with Crystal Reports
- Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning
- The ideal candidate for this position is able to demonstrate ERP configuration through the development of proof of concepts
- You'll be required to lead configuration testing efforts and help the team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions
