Armed Security Guard - Bilingual Preferred
Schedule:Wednesday - Sunday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $20.00
Are you a dedicated and vigilant individual seeking a challenging yet rewarding career in security? We are currently seeking an Armed Security Guard to join our team in Stockton, CA. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Site Security: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect unauthorized activities. Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious behavior promptly.
2. Access Control: Ensure only authorized personnel and visitors have access to the facility. Verify identification and credentials as needed.
3. Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including but not limited to medical incidents, fire alarms, and security breaches. Follow established protocols and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors. Address inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
5. Documentation: Complete accurate and detailed reports on incidents, disturbances, and any other relevant activities. Maintain thorough records of daily activities.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and challenging situations professionally and diplomatically. Use verbal de-escalation techniques and, when necessary, employ appropriate force in accordance with established guidelines.
Requirements:
- Armed Guard License: Must possess a valid armed guard license in the state of California.
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Availability: Able to work Wednesday to Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- People Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
