Seeking for a Cantonese Sale Representative

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach efforts to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
- Create and implement effective territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight product benefits and address client concerns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify potential threats or opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Experience
- Must be able to speak Cantonese and English
- Proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and outside sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships and analyzing data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients at all levels.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
