Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in truss or building material sales
Knowledge of wood frame construction, roof/ floor truss systems
Ability to read blueprints and do accurate and competitive estimates
Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize time and work efficiently
Ability to anticipate problems and resolve them effectively
Knowledge of current local building codes associated with truss design (TPI)
Ability to effectively communicate with trade partners both orally and in writing
Must have own transportation, traveling is required
