We are looking to hire an Appointment Setter/Closer to join our team. This is a door-to-door sales position
Job description
.Ensure a positive and high quality customer experience through all interactions
Develop and maintain a database of leads and effectively prioritize them for sales outreach
Explain the solar installation process and or roofing process, system components, and financing options to potential customers.
. Develop and present solar energy system proposals to clients
Help homeowners transition to clean energy by setting appointments for consultations
Strategically canvass neighborhoods making the most use of your time on the doors.
Requirements
· Roofing and solar sales experience is a plus
Stay current on industry developments
· Possession of or ability to obtain HIS License is required
· Reliable transportation
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willing to work various schedules
.Willing to work in various weather conditions
.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets
