Corporate Fleet Sales in Manteca is hiring a motivated, positive and experienced, bilingual Car Salesperson. If you are a high-energy and outgoing individual who is comfortable talking with people, then you WILL succeed as a Sales Associate.
You will be able to start as soon as you are hired. Corporate Fleet Sales is a very busy independent automotive dealership with more than 100 vehicles in 2 locations.
If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer services, sales, have the drive to earn unlimited income, and want to build a career working as a Sales Associate we look forward to talking with you. The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:
Sales Associates spend time with customers to determine their needs and to discuss vehicle options. Build rapport with the customers.
Use of SOCIAL MEDIA to find customers (Facebook, Instagram, Offer Up)
Command of customer management or at-least familiarity
Follow up with prospective customers and return emails/voicemails.
Support online customers by setting appointments.
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
Working in CRM and DMS systems. (Knowledge of working in them a plus).
Qualifications:
Prior Sales Experience of at least 1 year.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Must display a professional appearance and attitude and operate at the highest level of integrity.
Excellent communication skills; ability to display confidence and articulate both verbal and written; comfortable with negotiating.
Excellent customer service skills.
Great attitude with high-energy personality.
Ability to work in a process driven environment. Be Deadline and Detailed Oriented.
Desire to work in a commission, performance-based environment.
An ability to effectively operate as part of a team and with little to no supervision.
Able to get customers into the showroom.
Valid Drivers License and a good driving record.
Applicant must be over 21-years old.
Must have a Smartphone with a reliable connection.
Must dress appropriately.
