Inventory Control – Tracy, CA
Compensation: $23 – $25/hour

Experience Level: 3 years of experience in the inventory department
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Track, monitor, and manage stock levels to support production and project timelines.
Train, supervise, and lead inventory staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
Collaborate with production and project managers to anticipate material needs.
Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
Prepare reports and provide insights to management for improved decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 year of experience in inventory control department.
Strong understanding of inventory control systems, procedures, and methodologies.
Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Ability to work across multiple environments, including warehouses and construction sites.
