Journeyman Electrician
Outstanding opportunity to join a well-respected civil/electrical construction company which primarily focuses on EV charging stations, excavation, concrete, paving and underground installations. We are currently hiring an experienced Journeyman electrician who will work in the Nor Cal area. The duties of the Electrician involve wiring/terminating 1200-2000 amp switch gear including charge stations and familiar with commercial panels Note: WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR ANYONE WITH RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE, COMMERCIAL ONLY
Responsibilities:
Installation and knowledge of underground utilities in municipal environments
Maintaining a safe working environment for each crew member
Maintaining record drawings of work performed
Providing daily reports, photos and required documents of activities
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must be familiar with underground utilities and earthwork construction, working around existing utilities
Possess excellent blue print and specification interpretation abilities, and attention to detail
Strong organizational, supervisory, problem solving and reasoning skills
Excellent Safety record and ability to promote a Safe Working Culture
6+ years construction experience
Excellent scheduling and personnel managing abilities
Able to work 50-70 hours per week and travel, all travel will be paid by company, extensive traveling around Northern California is required
