We are a non-union General Engineering Underground Wet Utilities Contractor based in Lodi CA with work throughout Northern California and are looking for a project manager/junior estimator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in construction field, underground wet utilities preferred
- Ability to read plans
- Capable of takeoff and pricing efficiency
- Maintain and prepare all logs and documentation for weekly project meetings
- Assist field personnel
- Provide overall administrative and construction support for projects
- In contact with owners, customers, and subcontractors
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- Have strong organization and time management skills, and the ability to self motivate
- Ability to multi task under time constraints and work as a team player
