Position Description:
This position deals with mostly exterior painting and spraying. Preparing surfaces via washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, and operating spray equipment would all be a part of our day. Painting apartment buildings, siding, door frames, trim, decks, and fencing are all examples of types of tasks this position is responsible for completing.
Position Requirements Painter :
Reliable transportation
Basic hand tools (brushes, masker, etc.)
Ability to lift 50-100lbs
Comfortable working from extension ladders
Legal Documentaion
Good Work ethic
3 year experience
Carpenter :
Tools
3 year experience commercial/ residential Rough framing
Reliable transportantion

Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Bilingual
