Crew Leaders
I am looking for a crew leader that can work well with 1-3 crew members doing interior and exterior residential and light commercial remodel work.
You MUST be at journeyman level in multiple trades. We do everything and only sub out roofing and concrete. We always run a tight schedule so we need guys who don't call off frequently and are able to show up and work everyday.
You will need experience towing trailers as you will be issued a company truck and trailer with all tools needed to complete every job.
Clear drug test, background and driving record with valid drivers license.
We do high quality work with a positive atmosphere on our job sites so please keep that in mind when applying. We have strict protocols for job sites that must be follow exactly in order to produce a good product and experience for our customers.
You will train under a current crew leader to prepare for taking over a crew lead position. Details are as follows.
- We work from Stockton to Sacramento (no Bay Area)
- Monday - Friday (No weekends)
- Paid holidays, vacation days, and sick days
- Paid drive time from when you leave your house to when you get home.
- Regular overtime if wanted
- Full 40+ hour weeks, all year long
- Truck, trailer, and tools are all provided by the company
- All PPE provided
