ROOFER / REPAIRMAN - Central Valley
compensation: $7,000 to $11,000 per month

You must have roof repair experience on tile, composition, and shake roofs. Fast growing roofing company needs a repairman. Looking for someone who lives in the Central Valley area and is willing to travel around for scheduled repairs including the following counties: San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, Sacramento, Madera, Fresno, and possibly further with travel bonus.
Must have the following:
-current active C-39 roofing license or general contractor's license (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE EITHER)
-clean, reliable truck
-tools and ladders
-trouble-shooting and; problem-solving skills
-computer, printer, and internet with knowledge of basic computer skills
-smart phone with internet
You must be fluent in speaking and reading English, be willing to work in all weather, be available 4-5 days a week and be able to work on your own without supervision. You are responsible for your own vehicle costs and gas.
We are busy enough to keep you busy. You will not need to find jobs or deal with paperwork. There is very little client interaction. An inspector will have already inspected the roof and diagnosed the necessary repairs. All you have to do is follow the work order that is pre-written. Average is around 2-3 stops per day relatively close together. Repairmen must stick to our schedule. Communication is key so answering phones, emails, and text rapidly is important for great customer service. If you do work on the side, our work must take priority. Our customers demand timeliness.
