Warehouse/Carpenter
The Position

Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced setting and be capable of physically loading, unloading, and sorting packages by hand. Duties also include lifting and reading blueprints to set up and dismantle exhibits. Physical fitness is essential for this active role.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently pull, prepare, deploy and receive client properties for events and trade shows
Ability to identify specifications and material requirements for fabrication.
Adhere to standards and procedures for construction and woodworking.
Employ appropriate tools for measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of shop equipment.
Coordinate with management on project scope and work schedules, while ensuring clear communication and
collaboration with other departments.
Work with Exhibit Team to receive, inspect and return all properties to storage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and abide by best practices for warehouse safety
Update and manage inventory and storage of properties efficiently and accurately
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Proficient in operating forklifts, standard fabrication tools, and warehouse equipment.
Skilled in cabinet building, carpentry techniques, and plastic laminating.
Knowledgeable in the safe operation of hand and power tools.
Efficient at managing multiple tasks and staying organized.
Capable of moderate walking, heavy lifting, and other physical activities.
Basic computer skills in Word and Excel; able to upload photos.
Committed to high-quality project completion and maintaining productivity with minimal supervision.
Works well independently or as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
