Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will help organize transportation, making sure products are picked up and delivered on time. You should be well-organized, able to multitask, and work well in a busy environment.
Main Duties
Answer and make phone calls politely and professionally.
Use our systems to schedule and dispatch drivers.
Enter shipment details into the system, track loads, and update delivery status.
Give drivers instructions, solve problems, and keep schedules on track.
Watch daily operations, bring more sales, spot issues early, and find quick solutions.
Requirements
Experience in dispatching or logistics is helpful (not required).
Good phone manners and strong communication skills.
Accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail.
Knowledge of transportation software is a plus.
Ability to stay organized and solve problems quickly.
