We are a company that is growing at a reasonable rate and have the need of another dispatcher to add to our team. We need someone that is responsible, dedicated, detail oriented, organized, and has great ability to communicate with our drivers and the rest of our team.
This position is all about Customer Service so constant contact between customers and drivers is necessary. Other tasks include computer entry, filing, light cleaning, and other office duties.
Job Responsibilities:
Able to shift gears when volume spikes or drivers call out
Able to handle high call volume.
Providing updates to customers
Able to communicate with drivers for updates and dispatching them
Able to resolve delivery issues for drivers
Able to check high volume of emails and reply to customers
Multitasking
May need to assist with deliveries if situation arises
Requirements:
High School or equivalent
Customer Service experience
Dispatching experience
Fluent in ENGLISH
Bilingual: (Spanish or any other language) is also plus point.
Must have basic knowledge of delivery service
Must have valid driver license with clean record
Dependable vehicle with proof of insurance
Must have geographical knowledge of Central Valley
Must be good with computer
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word/Excel
Friendly behavior is must
