Job Title:Desktop Support Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 5+ Months Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $30/hour-$35/hour. Responsibilities To be successful in this role, you’ll need about 0-2 years of experience in the following:
Basic PC & Mac hardware and software support
Ensuring data integrity in the Asset Management system
Provision computer assets in the new hire onboarding process
Monitor and remediate client health
Helps prepare reports by collecting information
Enable accurate procurement requests and inventory management including auditing and reporting while maintaining our standards
Accurately update and close tickets on time and within service levels
Monitor support queue tickets and chat volumes daily
Resolve system errors, disk space problems and file system full errors
Education Enrolled or completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering
Requirements
An incoming freshman or higher-level college student
Reliable, punctual, and able to work outside of "normal working hours" as needed
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to maintain strict customer and product confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
