Position Summary:

The Repackaging Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of ensuring products that are separated from their packages are to be reunited with the packaging and make sure the product is in sellable condition and able to maintain and be accountable for all inventory in the repackaging area. This role requires strong attention to details, may involve auditing and ensuring area is organized brands are accounted for.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Accountable for repacking of product in the breakage area
  • Will be working in a metrics driven environment and meet daily/weekly/Monthly KPI’s.
  • Will be required to use MHR equipment (Pallet jack)
  • Will also use PPE-Gloves, Hot glue gun, Cutters, tape, and wear Boots.
  • Individual will deal with out of date product and codes.
  • Will be trained on ABC laws.
  • Experience Handling Damaged products
  • Locate products from various locations throughout the warehouse
  • Maintenance and cleaning duties in the breakage area.
  • Prepare & package material units and products for shipments.
  • Ensures the efficient transport of products to the proper location based on set production.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1-3 years of previous work experience in an inventory or reset position
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to communicate with the leadership team.
  • Must be able to work independently, depending on projects you will work in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull,and carry 22 deadweight tons of material per day, generally lift up to 65 pounds per lift.
  • Ability to keep up with the demands of our brands and ability to get product out the door accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to Multitask and meet deadlines.
  • May be required to use computers, must be comfortable with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Associates Degree
  • Previous experience working in a logistics or supply chain environment.
