Description:
This department addresses the ongoing day-to-day activities associated with the long-term collection of bonded and pay-as-you-go special taxes, assessments, fees, and charges. These types of services demand accurate, timely and knowledgeable treatment of many details.
The selected individual will be responsible for data collection, preparation of reports in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, analysis, answering property owner questions and other information for use by client agencies. The qualified individual will work closely with manager and sr staff in providing high quality work products and excellent customer service to clients. The individual must be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task.
