Description Architecture Lead Technical Product ManagerWe are seeking an innovative Architecture Lead Technical Product Manager to join our Digital Product Team. This role is central to our strategic initiative, focusing on the development, launch, and operational support of our Finance websites and customer service agent console, among other digital tools.Key Responsibilities:
Lead solution and business architecture, providing direction on design methodologies, tooling, partnerships, and support models.
Oversee product owners and agile scrum teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products.
Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices across tools and methodologies.
Craft and evangelize technology visions, roadmaps, and strategic planning for digital product expansion.
Engage and manage a team of product owners, digital analysts, solution architects, and UX resources.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
TOGAF Certification and Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant).
5-7 years of leadership experience, preferably with experience in the financial services or automotive industry.
Proven ability to inspire innovation and influence executive management.
Strong background in product management, procurement processes, and development of business cases.
