Description We are in search of a Marketing Director to join our IT Software sector, located in Torrance, California. This role involves leading the development of marketing strategies, overseeing demand-generation and lead-generating marketing efforts, and managing company conference and tradeshow efforts. You will also be responsible for collaborating with different departments and managing third party agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.Responsibilities: Develop and lead the implementation of marketing plans to grow our audience base. Collaborate with clients, management, and the marketing team to create marketing materials such as case studies, videos, email, and social messaging. Oversee and optimize marketing efforts for demand generation and lead generation. Utilize digital marketing innovatively to engage and retain existing clients and attract new business. Manage company presence at conferences and tradeshows, including booth design and preparation of all deliverables. Collaborate with sales executives on pricing proposals and marketing collateral. Stay updated on market trends, customer pain points, and competition to support company strategy. Build and manage a diverse team of marketing experts. Collaborate with PR agency to identify strategic topics and edit press releases. Oversee key performance metrics and tracking tools to provide actionable insights for the marketing team. Manage third party agencies, freelancers, and vendors as required. Utilize skills in HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing, Demand Generation, Lead Generation Campaigns, and Email Marketing to enhance marketing efforts. Requirements Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the IT Software industry Proficiency in using HubSpot for various marketing activities Experience with Salesforce Marketing is required Proven track record in Demand Generation and Lead Generation Campaigns Demonstrated expertise in Email Marketing strategies and execution Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies Must have a strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior in the IT Software industry Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required Strong analytical skills to monitor, analyze and interpret market trends and metrics Proficiency in using marketing software and online tools to track campaign progress and success Experience in budget development and oversight Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
