Pay Range: $17.00 to $23.00Maintain inventory accuracy for all the products located at our Foster Turkey Plant 1 shipping department and adjust the inventory at FTP1 as needed. Make daily decisions where necessary to ensure inventory accuracy, cycle count and proper product rotation. Review all internal and export orders where product is required and not available. Contact and communication with appropriate person responsible (internal or external) and order the product. Communicate with transportation about pick up appointment and delivery time and continue to monitor until product is received and ready for shipment. Review export orders, prepare export application in PHIS, schedule appointments with USDA Inspector for export inspections at TDC and communicate USDA to sign off export documents. Run required reports (SAP, EWM, Crystal Report), prepare appropriate paperwork, assign appropriate TDC staff member where necessary and research or perform required functions for all product transactions to include, but not limited to: short code, fresh to frozen, rework to production facility, product condemn, Quality Assurance hold and release, Quality Assurance and/or R & D sample product, product rotation, customer returns, cycle counts, transfers to internal and external facilities for either storage of order fill, maintaining in transits, verification of outside receipts and all inventory discrepancies. Prioritize incoming loads for receiving as well as outgoing loads for shipping.  Assist Shipping Clerk/Lead at TDC and P105 with any issues involving receiving or put away. Trailer tracking.  Communicate with all Turlock facilities, dispatch and shuttle to ensure proper trailer availability at all Turlock Facilities for either shuttle or shipping purposes. Maintain filing systems of export and shipping/receiving documents.  Complete product tracking as needed.  Assist with other Clerk C and Shipping Clerk/Lead  job functions.  Other duties as assigned, to include special projects.
