Job Title: Food Production Associate/OperatorJob DescriptionAs a Food Production Associate/Operator, you’ll play an important role in making sure our production processing lines and machinery run smoothly. This includes unloading/loading materials, following recipes, weighing/measuring raw ingredients, operating equipment, packaging the final product, and performing different quality checks to make sure we’re meeting company and customer requirements. Food Production Workers are expected to assist in various areas of the production process as needed.Main responsibilities will include unloading incoming shipments needed to supply production lines, safely operating manufacturing equipment and machinery, handling raw materials and moving product throughout the process. They work closely with other Production Workers to check product quality and complete production tasks by set deadlines. Adhere to production quotas and complete cleaning activities as needed. May also be responsible for using warehouse equipment like forklifts to organize and retrieve products ahead of shipments, packaging product, stocking production materials, basic maintenance of machinery and work station.Hard Skills
3+ Years of Manufacturing/Production Experience
6 months+ Food Manufacturing Experience (Knowledge of Food Handling/GMPs)
2+ Years of Machine Operating Experience
Soft Skills
Flexibility to help out in various areas of the production process
Attention to detail to maintain production records and ensure quality standards
Ability to follow SOPs and safety practices
