As DataStax Leader of Demand Generation, you will drive strategy and execution of innovative Marketing campaigns that directly impact the sales pipeline for DataStax products and solutions. These programs can range from lead nurture to pipeline acceleration. You have a proven history of leading an amazing Demand Gen program, analyzing data to create user segments, and launching campaigns that reach, engage, and inspire those users toward action.
What you will do:
Reinvent how we look at Demand Generation for Enterprise audiences
Lead a small team that will craft integrated marketing programs and audience acquisition programs for Enterprises and Users
Set strategies, develop forecasts, evaluate appropriate budget levels, and measure results
Data driven results and analytic capabilities required
Craft new and innovative lead generation programs
Create the strategies and campaign messaging, content, assets and channel strategy deliver required business growth results across paid, owned and earned channels
You will work closely with the Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure that campaign messaging resonates with our desired audiences.
Work collaboratively with our head of digital marketing to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Create and manage alignment with BDRs and Sales teams while creating feedback loops between teams
Your experience should include:
Executing demand generation programs, or customer marketing experience
Building full-funnel global campaigns in the technology industry preferred
Enterprise marketing experience at a software company
Strong grasp of current digital and demand marketing tools and strategies
Proficiency with Marketo
Database marketing expertise with creating user segmentation lists. NoSQL knowledge is a big plus
Working knowledge of building and executing integrated programs including webinars, landing pages, emails, forms, and reporting
Excellent written, oral, and social interpersonal skills across multiple audiences and methods
A solid understanding of integrated, multi-touch, multi-channel marketing design based on a foundation of data and analysis; the direct experience with building campaigns, optimizing reach, awareness, and nurture, and adjusting for optimization
