As part of this organization, the Fraud Intelligence and Cyber Products Team is responsible for: Managing the Cyber Secure platform with particular focus on product development Providing fraud analytics and insights to MasterCard and its stakeholders globally Supporting development and management of new and existing fraud prevention products/services Developing and managing cyber products for Mastercard and RiskRecon customersAbout the RoleProduct Managers at Mastercard drive new product opportunities from conception to global, fully-scaled products that solve end-to-end business problems for financial institutions, merchants, nonprofits, governments, and cardholders. Act as a business owner and manage long-term and short-term strategic initiatives, implementing incremental improvements within the product’s life cycle, conduct ongoing care and maintenance, and manage P&L.The Director, Product Management will: Drive tangible data-driven business outcomes at the product level, continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimization product performance Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap for the products, clearly communicating to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis Help develop strategic business plans and go-to-market strategy for the RiskRecon product, including rigorous analysis of revenue opportunities and related costs Work closely with global teams, regional leadership and sales colleagues to understand RiskRecon customer needs and issues Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure that features developed are in line with the product roadmap and priorities Demonstrate awareness of Mastercard’s broader Product offerings, as well as a depth of knowledge in RiskRecon product and Cyber Risk ecosystem Work with research analysts to understand market trends, dynamics, and competition in order to inform product and go-to-market strategies Ensure that the broader Mastercard organization is enabled to sell by creating compelling communications & marketing content in partnership with Marketing and ensure all Product enhancements are announced with proper training/language as necessary Engage in idea generation for enhancements to existing products, concept validation, business case development, and in some instances financial modeling and planning of these enhancements Manage the planning & reporting processes to support development of product enhancements Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management-Technical, CX&D) in the development of business requirements to achieve Product objectives Drive institutionalized knowledge through use of consistent product documentation and create/enhance processes Own idea intake process, receiving and grooming ideas that come in from customers and cross-functional team members and prioritize accordingly Maintain and expand on Product PersonasAll About You: Ability to influence cross-functional partners while performing multiple functions Continuous learner, agile mindset, continuously learning and adapting to new fraud and cybersecurity trends Security+ and CTPRP certification preferred People Leadership (direct and indirect) You are a strong, confident, writer and speaker Always looking at solutions to solve problems; quickly adaptable to change Experience with Aha! a plus Can deliver high quality products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy Experience in Agile delivery methodologies Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticityCOVID-19 ConsiderationsIn many locations, we’ve implemented a virtual hiring process and continue to interview candidates by video or phone.
