Position OverviewWe are looking for a talented and experienced Electric Vehicle (EV) Bus Sales Specialist who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and is passionate about zero emission vehicles. Our philosophy is to take the guesswork out of transforming our customer's fleets to electric. A part of this philosophy is to confirm that our customer's needs are met as they enter the eMobility market. This position will help our customers be successful as they add electric vehicles to their fleets. ResponsibilitiesImplement sales strategies with targeted zero-emissions customers
Grow market share, by promoting Navistar's zero-emission product offerings
Nurture and grow the Navistar relationship with assigned accounts
Actively monitor the customer experience throughout the prolonged zero-emissions sales cycle
Work with many cross functional teams such as pricing, parts, service and OnCommand sales to understand and contribute their growth by presenting Navistar's total fleet offerings, focused on customer satisfaction and committed to highest Uptime in the industry.
Ensure Navistar products and services are outperforming competitive offerings
Create quote packages that meet customer needs. These packages can include the vehicle and other Navistar product offerings
Coordinate vehicle deployments with the NEXT eMobility charging team.
Assist the eMobility engineering team and develop technical solutions to meet customer business needs.
Document competitors' activities and assess potential market moves.
Review and influence customer specifications to assure compliance and/or noted exceptions for the development of equipment and service quotations.
Collaborate with the zero-emissions field service organization to ensure an industry-leading customer experience
Provide input for future new zero-emissions development programs both for vehicle and business opportunities
Manage all incoming eMobility inquiries and record in Salesforce
Record detailed notes for all customer meetings and provide reports to cross-functional teams
Travel to customer meetings, events, and trade shows as required
Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of business development, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
At least 1 year of lead experience

Master's degree
At least 6 years of business development, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
At least 10 years of business development, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired SkillsIndustry sales experience
Electric vehicle experience is a plus
Account management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various situations and audiences as needed
