Pay Rate: $16.50to $17.05hr
With instruction/direction, assist higher-level electrical maintenance mechanics in providing electrical construction and maintenance support by performing basic electrical tasks as assigned.
General cleaning and/or assisting other crews if required.
Maintaining safety, housekeeping, and sanitation and disease control requirements while performing job duties.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of training and/or experience which includes having provided a basis working knowledge of electrical circuitry and practices, to include the following:
Use of basic hand tools such as a hammer, screwdriver, pliers, tape measure, wire strippers, etc.
Use of electrical voltage tester.
Use of lockout/tagout equipment and procedures.
Must be able to pass an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic Level C test.
Must be able to work in a timely and efficient manner.
Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have the ability to communicate verbally and written in English.
Must have the ability to work shifts longer than 8 hours.
Must be able to show up to work daily as scheduled and be on time to perform duties of the position.
Must be able to work in various weather condition which include extreme cold and hot weather.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to work from a ladder.
Must be able to work in remote company locations/projects.
Must have and maintain a California driver’s license and an acceptable DMV record.
Prior electrical experience preferred.
