Description We are on the lookout for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Venice, California. This role revolves around enhancing the user interface and creating elements for our website. You will be instrumental in revamping our brand identity and understanding user flows in the insurance financial industry. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Utilize your expertise in Figma for UI and web design tasks Collaborate with the internal team to achieve our goals in brand identity revamping Develop and maintain design controls for our website Utilize your knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD for various design tasks Leverage your skills in AB Testing and Agile Scrum to ensure the effectiveness of your designs Work on Android Development projects as needed Apply your CSS skills in web designing tasks Use your expertise in digital design for creating elements for our website Confidently communicate and guide clients through the design process Contribute to copywriting strategies and ensure the language used aligns with our brand and industry. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD is essential. Experience in Android Development is a must. Knowledge and understanding of AB Testing is required. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies is crucial. Capability to implement CSS in design projects is necessary. Ability to work with Design controls. Demonstrable experience in digital design. Proficiency in using Figma for designing interfaces. A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and execution. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet project deadlines. A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Ability to receive feedback and make necessary adjustments. Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
