Hours: 8AM - 5PM

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Vietnamese, possess strong analytical skills, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and assist with reconciliations.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to accounts payable activities.
Support month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets for data entry and reporting.
Provide bilingual support to vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and or 1-2 years of experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written) is required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
