Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize financial records using QuickBooks
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy
Generate financial reports for management review
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Handle payroll processing and related tasks
Collaborate with the team to ensure financial compliance
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Proficient in using QuickBooks
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
Must be willing to work in Ventura, CA
