Tax Firm Looking for a friendly and motivated receptionist who pays strong attention to detail. This individual must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize and be able to work under minimal supervision.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
Maintaining cleanliness in the office
Filing
Data Entry
Assist with distribution of all incoming mail, deliveries, and posting of outgoing mail
Help maintain/ready supplies for packaging
Diligently monitor inventory supply and stock workstations
Maintain and keep the file room organized
Scanning/saving documents into a network drive - high level of accuracy is needed for this task
Qualifications:
1+ year Office experience
Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)
Microsoft Office
Professional and friendly attitude
problem solving and critical thinking
excelling in a team structured work environment; and
professional verbal and written communications skills
Hourly Rate: $16-$23hr DOE
