This position combines bookkeeping with administrative support. You’ll not only manage financial records but also keep the office running smoothly by assisting with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accurate financial records for clients.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Process payroll and assist with tax filings.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial reports and summaries.
Answer phones and respond to client inquiries professionally.
Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail.
Maintain organized client files (both digital and physical).
Order office supplies and handle general office upkeep.
Assist with scheduling client meetings and appointments.
