Growing Ventura CPA firm seeking part-time bookkeeper to help manage growth and opportunity.
20 hours per week, $20 per hour
Flexible hours, family-oriented office culture, office located in Harbor Village in Ventura with scenic ocean and harbor views
Our ideal team member would have the following attributes:
Experience: 3+ years bookkeeping and accounting, business and personal financial management, budgeting and cash flow, tax return preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable
Technical: QuickBooks (desktop and online versions), tax preparation software, Microsoft Excel and Word, Adobe Acrobat
Personal: Proactive self-motivated self-starter, detail oriented and organized, positive attitude and willing to learn, professional image and attire v for financial services industry, writing skills required
Must have drivers' license, registered vehicle, and insurance
