The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for managing the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, and facilitating communication between all parties involved in the mortgage process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of mortgage regulations and guidelines.$22 - $24/ hourTemp to HireFully Onsite (remote is NOT offered)Key Responsibilities:- Analyze loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending guidelines.- Collect and verify necessary documents, including income statements, credit reports, tax returns, and employment verification.- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, real estate agents, and underwriters throughout the loan process.
