A retirement has opened up the position of OFFICE MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER.
The ideal person must be capable of leading a small friendly team in our Accounting and Admin office.
The position is full-time and offers a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bookkeeping - maintain Quick-Books files and interface with outside accountant
Assist President with scheduling and correspondence. Discretion needed.
Manage small office team - oversee filing systems, ordering office supplies
Coordinate with Production & Sales teams
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in general office environment
Fluency with QuickBooks
Fluency with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter with strong work ethic
Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion
