At Engense (DFNDR Armor), we develop, manufacture and sell the most advanced armor systems in the world utilized by law enforcement, military and security personnel.
We are seeking an office manager and document control administrator that will create, facilitate approval, organize and release approved documents to staff. This position will work with all functions of the organization, and ensure documents are properly filled out, and authorized. This position is highly critical, as all documents need to have the proper authority at all times, without fail. Additionally, the candidate will be capable of continuously maintaining an organized and clean office environment and handle general office management tasks including being an executive assistant to the CEO and managing quickbooks. Desirable experience includes:
Familiarity with bookkeeping and quickbooks
Familiarity with ISO standards
Very detail orientated, and accordingly very organized
Very conversant with MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communicator
Results orientated
Have a solid sense of urgency
Spanish Speaking is a plus
Think of time measured in seconds, minutes and hours, not days and weeks. Have a now attitude.
This position will report to the CEO, but take necessary direction from other functions of the organization, depending on the ownership of the document or task.
Ideally, the candidate will have an associates degree or bachelors degree in business management. A degree or proficiency in mathematics, statistics or other logic based discipline is helpful.
Most importantly, the successful candidate must be extremely organize. A candidate that does not possess strong organizational skills will not be considered.
