Payroll Specialist - We are seeking an individual with hands-on experience in Payroll Administration to join our team.
Responsibilities:
In this position, which reports to the CFO, you will be part of a team that is responsible for:
Weekly in-house payroll
Calculating payroll according to union contract provisions
Remittance of payroll taxes, garnishments, and 401(k) payroll deductions
Processing employee Expense Reports
Logging payroll related job costing
Job / Budget reconciliations
Other payroll related projects as needed
Providing support and backup to other administrative staff as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of payroll experience; in-house payroll experience is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous experience working in an entertainment labor environment is a plus
Strong computer skills in MS Word and Outlook, and exceptional skills in MS Excel
MAS90/Sage 100 experience is a plus
