Looking for someone experienced in business planning, development and growth to work with me to develop an organizational plan and strategic plan. My bandwidth is thin due to running the business, looking for immediate support to help drive development.
This would be a short term position, likely 1-3 months. It could develop into more but not promised.

Business is a service business in the trades locally in Ventura. Plan will involve change management, roll up growth strategy through acquisitions, stage two funding and more.
