Job Responsibilities:
This job is a fit for someone who thrives on doing heavy amounts of fast-paced computer work, enjoys analyzing information to make evaluations and judgements, and enjoys work that is straightforward and repetitive.
Required Job Duties:
Understanding written job requirements from our client employers.
Finding and/or selecting candidates that may be of interest to our client companies.
Analyzing candidates’ qualifications and preferences in order evaluate their fit with our client employers’ open positions.
Conducting various types of simple, high volume, repetitive online research to collect data.
Possible Additional Duties (if you are able and interested):
Conducting phone interviews with candidates.
Communicating with client employers.
Sending high volumes of recruiting emails to candidates.
Researching companies to identify prospective clients.
Anything else you or we can think of that will be beneficial.
Qualifications
Requirements:
A Natural tendency to work at a moderate to fast pace with a sense of urgency.
Enjoyment of reading/analyzing/evaluating information on a computer screen. (You would be doing that all day, every day).
Ability to type properly and very quickly at least 60 WPM, preferably much higher.
General computer proficiency: emailing, web browsing, ability to learn new programs.
Attention to detail.
Strong reading comprehension skills.
Strong memory / information retention.
Ability to mentally process complex information quickly and accurately.
Solid critical thinking skills.
Solid written communication skills.
Positive, optimistic, can-do attitude.
Dedication and focus, strong work ethic.
Ability to pass a background and reference check.

Knowledge and/or interest in technology.
