Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of production crews, including but not limited to;
Organizing materials supply and delivery schedules
Schedule city inspections
Quality control
Oversee job site safety, conduct safety meetings
Interface with customers, daily communication of job progress
Present findings and solutions to customers if any new roofing problems discovered after tearoff
Lead driven sales, no cold calls or solicitation
Roof Inspections
Qualifications
5 years-experience in roofing trades or roofing management, constructions trades, and previous sales experience is a plus
A bachelor’s degree is a plus
Must have the ability to use or learn project management technologies such as Acculynx roofing management software.
Must possess the ability to negotiate without being combative
Individual should have great interpersonal skills, presentation skills
Individual should be a servant leader who has a passion for building people and things
Must be confident and driven by the desire to excel
Must have the ability to estimate roofing projects of different sizes and scope
Must be able to handle unexpected challenges calmly and professionally
Individual should have a valid driving license
