We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for our transportation call center in Camarillo. This is a Full Time IN-OFFICE position Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm with the ability to cover some weekends on an as needed basis. Weekends are not usual as we have a weekend staff, but everyone wants a day off sometimes and we want to make sure we are able to provide that to everyone. Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available after 90 day probation period. Fluent in English/Spanish is necessary.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
