Busy Restoration Company seeking a high energy, well organized and detail oriented individual for our front office. We are a fast paced business so you must be a self-motivated, quick learner and able to successfully multi-task. Must have reliable transportation and are comfortable working in an office atmosphere because we are front line responders, therefore our business does not close due to state shut-downs.
This is an entry-level full time position.
Duties Include but not limited to:
Answering phones
Customer Service
Assist with Scheduling
Support Operations Manager and Production Manager.
Data Entry
Coordinate between Techs, customers and third party companies
Respond to general emails
Draft correspondences and letters
Must have know how to use Microsoft Office
Must have prior 2 or more years experience working in an office
1yr or more experience in water damage, construction or contractor office preferable
We will train you on our software
The hours are M-F 8:00 am-4pm. You may be asked to help answering phones on the weekend (you will be compensated for this)
