Insurance career opportunity. Seeking a self-motivated, career-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Western Gold team. The CSR will support the service needs of the clients as well as support our producer sales agents to meet the sales/marketing agency goals. Our agency works with over 100 insurance carriers which initiates a high call volume. The CSR must be a quick learner, able to multi-task, provide follow-up, be courteous and deliver a positive customer experience with every call. Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish) but not mandatory.
Previous experience preferred but not a necessity with the right work ethic. Over time, with proven insurance product knowledge and consistent sales, the Customer Service Representative will have the opportunity to become a licensed producer sales agent. Western Gold will pay the cost of licensing training and the exam. We home grow most of our producer sales agents and promote within. Western Gold is one of the fastest growing independent insurance agencies in the Western U.S. with a great work environment. So the opportunity is there to grow and succeed!
Compensation will be $15.00 to $19.00 per hour (TBD) starting, with commission sharing, health insurance, incentives and bonuses. This combination will push your hourly compensation well over $18.00- $20.00 an hour.
