We are a high paced Residential Heating and Air company based out of Newbury Park looking to add a Team member to our staff.

We are looking for Customer Service Representative that will be responsible as the first line of contact for all of our Heating and Cooling inbound calls. You will be scheduling technicians and Sales Consultants day strategically, based off location of call and other factors. At all times they are in excellent communication with your manager, multi-tasking side administrative duties, and knowing what is going on in the service schedule. Some calls may include, not limited to, incoming for scheduling, questions on location of technician, review of customer history, work completed and/or questions about upcoming visits.

The CSR is also in charge of all out-bound calling to schedule annual HVAC maintenance's and offer our VIP memberships to our current customers. They must have excellent organization and track all customer contracts, send out mailers/emails.

The CSR must assist and dispatch technicians when needed, as well communicate all information to office manager. It is imperative they maintain composer, stress, and be able to reschedule customers, purchase orders, and assist owner with daily tasks.

Qualities of our call-taker include and not limited to: team-player, excellent communication , confident on the phone, courteous, approachable, compassionate, problem-solver, and flexible.
