Key Position Details:
Shift Timing: Full-time shift from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday; Part-time shifts to be determined
based on availability.
Flexibility: A commitment to working weekends and evenings is essential, reflecting our dedication to meeting
client needs at all hours.
Qualities We Seek:
High Energy and Adaptability: Navigate a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and adaptability.
Customer Relationship Building: Proficiency in establishing and nurturing customer relations, both over the phone
and in person.
Event Management: Willingness to engage in on-site event management when required.
Key Requirements:
Customer Service Excellence: Prior experience in customer service roles.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Tech Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and excellent phone skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Driver's License: A clean California driver's license is mandatory.
