Pay Rate: $22.00+ DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer calls, respond to inquiries, assist with orders, and resolve issues professionally.
Inventory Assistance: Organize stock, track incoming/outgoing products, update inventory logs, and assist with audits.
Box Counts & Recordkeeping: Perform counts of boxes/product units, document findings, update systems, and report discrepancies or damages.
Basic Computer Use: Work with Excel, Outlook, and other programs. Training provided on company-specific software.
Requirements
Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
Able to lift 25–50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Warehouse experience helpful but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
