The Customer Service Representative will assist customers and interface with various internal departments including Sales, Accounting, Shipping and Production.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
$20.00-$21.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Provide high level of customer service by inputting and ensuring correct processing of customer orders, returns, and repairs submitted via various input methods.
Process invoice orders and prepare/send paper and email invoices to customers.
Process purchase orders in ERP system and coordinating orders with shipping. Send paper and email invoices to customers.
Assist customers via phone and live chat with questions regarding products, pricing, order details and first level technical assistance.
Assist with coordination of Shipping, Production, Accounting, and Quality Control with levels II & III when needed.
Handle escalated issues with callers and help diffuse the situation.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED
1+ year of experience in customer service
Experience handling a high volume of incoming calls
Experience handling escalated issues
Proficient in MS Office
